Our Gose recipe kit yields approximately 19 liters of beer. Gose is a sour wheat beer that originated in Goslar, Germany that has a pleasant saltiness with fresh lemon citrusy notes from coriander. The included Philly Sour yeast eliminates the need for an overnight mash or adding in lactobacilus. Simply pitch as normal and let the beer ferment between 20C-30C.
To make an all grain batch of beer you will need some advanced homebrew equipment. Minimum 8 gallon kettle and a way to boil 8+ gallons of wort (usually propane burner or electric element), mash tun or BIAB equipment.
