East Kent Golding hops, sometimes abbreviated as EKG, are a traditional English hop variety known for their delicate bitterness and aromatic properties. Besides earthy notes, it has a subtle spice and a hint of citrus that can brighten up the aromatic profile, adding complexity and depth to your beer. Typical alpha acid content is %4-7.
