Liquor Quik Jaktbitter Schnapps Essence 20mL allows you to create a traditional German-style dry semi-bitter herb liqueur at home. Ideal for both novice and experienced brewers, this essence delivers the distinctive flavor of classic Jaktbitter schnapps.
To prepare, mix the 20mL essence with 750mL of 35-40% ABV neutral alcohol and 1/2 cup (115g) of granulated sugar. Shake well until the sugar dissolves. This mixture yields approximately 29 fl. oz. (820mL) of Jaktbitter schnapps.
