Escarpment Labs Foggy London Ale is a yeast strain that was originally isolated from a brewery in London. It displays a balanced fruity flavour profile, and accentuates malt and hop flavours. It is especially suited to production of fruity hop-forward Northeast style IPAs.
Produced in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, each Escarpment Labs Yeast Package contains 180 – 200 billion cells, almost double that of most other liquid yeast manufactures.
