Canada Malting Company’s Superior Pale Malt is a popular base malt produced from premium two-row barley varieties. It generally has a color range of approximately 1.8 to 2.5 Lovibond. This malt is known for its high extract yield and enzymatic power, providing a reliable foundation for the fermentation process. It offers a slightly bolder malt flavor compared to standard 2-row malts, with a hint of biscuity and malty sweetness, yet remains fairly neutral and well-balanced.

In order for your item to be returned, it must be unopened and in the same state as you received it. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
